Notice how the efforts of the day can superimpose itself on you - where the more difficult days can literally wear us down and take up shape in the body, leave us feeling stuck in the physical space, as well as heart and mind. In order to move through these held patterns of tension or bound up energy, we first need to make some space, at least some wiggle room, to start the process of healing and rejuvenation. Just like trying to remove a big knot from a string, you start by gently loosening first. From the outer layers we can starts to find ease and then use the breath and awareness to reach the deeper layers of tension.
I invite you to explore my guided audio practices to help you create that wiggle room and find space, so that you can gently unravel; an invitation to meet that energy with grounded awareness and let it go.
Like a relationship, it only works if you’re all in. Our own practice of self preservation is a relationship with the very nature we are made of, our birthright to reestablish connection, restore and reclaim our true self, our breath and nervous system, so that we can be in more honest and grounded relation to ourselves and the experiences around us.
