A sustainable practice adapts to your changing needs and supports well-being in other parts of your life

Welcome!

I am a 500HR E-RYT certified yoga teacher and wellness practitioner based in Brooklyn, NY. My personal yoga practice evolved over 15 years and in 2018 I decided to deepen it with training, which led me to teaching and offering healing and wellness as my full-time work.

My work is to be a guide and help you connect to your own inner resourcing for healing, prevention, and maintenance. I offer yoga and wellness to private groups/individual 1-1, studios, and community. My balanced (yin-yang) energy approach provides me with the range to support what might be needed, from a dynamic practice to one that is restorative. My offerings are rooted in mindfulness and embodied awareness, accessible and suitable for people of all experience levels and bodies.

With compassion and caring guidance, I create a welcoming space for all. Please feel free to connect on my contact page if you have any questions about how I can help support you and/or your community.

May you be happy, healthy, and peaceful.

Yoga is more than a physical practice

Yoga is a practice of self-study, and it’s meaning can be translated as “union” or “to join”. Yoga truly allows us to engage and listen from our outer to our deepest layers, allowing us to be responsive to what is being presented in each moment. With intention and awareness, our mind-body connection can find ease and equilibrium.

Thank you so much for such a magical lesson today Mimi! I haven’t done something like that before, and loved every minute of it. You have a transcendent energy, which healed and rejuvenated me.
— Emmet
You created an environment of stillness and safety. Not everyone has that gift. Your smile when I had to leave early was full of compassion, not judgement. That meant a lot to me. Thank you.
— Sarah
You helped me fall in love with my body again.
