Classes and Workshops at Shapeshifter Lab

General Purchase Information: 
You have purchased a service that will be delivered to you either “In-Studio” or “online”. Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final and are not refundable and not transferable, and Sign up Form and Liability Waiver must be submitted before services are rendered.

Mats:
Bring your own mat, but if you are in need of one, there are mats available for cash donation of $1.

Expiration:
-All classes and class packs have an expiration date.
-By purchasing a drop-in class or class pack you agree that it cannot be used beyond the expiration date.
-Students are responsible for knowing the expiration date on their class cards. 
-Expiration dates, and remaining card balances can be accessed through your account - expiration dates are calculated based on the date you activated the class card.

Vacation/Freeze/Injury:
-Class packs CANNOT be frozen or put on hold.
-There are NO refunds on class packs.
-If you purchase a class card and cannot use it, you may gift or seek to resell it at face value to a fellow student.
-Class packs are non-transferable for other services including workshops, privates, and special class series.

Refund, Cancellation and Arrival Policy: 
Unless otherwise noted, regularly scheduled in-studio classes purchased must be canceled online 12 hours before the class start time or the class will be considered a “Late Cancel” and debited from your account. If you do not show up for a class you reserved, it will be considered a “No-Show” and the class will be debited from your account. Classes canceled prior to the 12-hr Late Cancel window are considered “Early Cancel” and will be returned to your account to use within the valid period of your expiration date. All class purchases are non-refundable and subject to the expiration dates indicated at the point of sale. 

Private sessions in-person and online

Payment is accepted by PayPal, Venmo, Square or cash.
Payment is due upon receipt, is non-refundable, and required to secure space in client roster and book session/s in the calendar.

Liability Waiver must be submitted before services are rendered.

Mimi Le has the right to cancel a session due to illness, personal emergency or if there is inclement weather.

With the exception of personal emergencies, please note that 24 hours notice is required in order to change or cancel an appointment. You agree to pay in full for any appointment that you miss or do not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

You acknowledge the services of ML Wellness for the purpose of providing you with a yoga/wellness session/consultation. Offering of yoga/healing/wellness/Ayurvedic consultation is for the purpose of helping to improve ones health and wellness and is not a medical diagnosis or medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical care. You are satisfied with the terms of service outlined and release ML Wellness/Mimi Le from any and all liabilities or claims of whatever nature that may result from session/consultation or from your own responsibility to pursue medical care/clinical therapy for any ailments you may have.

You understand you are free to seek other help from whatever sources you desire.

By booking and scheduling your session/s you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
