To honor the highest solar energy of the year, I invite you to Summer Solstice Sadhana - The 7 Day Circadian Reset Home Practice.
We will lean into the peak of solar (Surya) energy - making it the most potent time to reset the body's biological clock, and help to bring balance to energy levels, digestion, metabolism, hormones and sleep.
In yoga's Vedic system, the body is a microcosm of the universe. The sun (Surya) is not just light; it is Surya Narayana, the cosmic soul and the giver of life force (Prana). The moon (Chandra) is the keeper of Soma—the divine nectar of devotion, cooling peace, and mental rejuvenation.
Our 7 day practice will take place at the sacred transition points of the day (Sandhyas), where the veil between the physical and spiritual realms is thinnest - the windows of sunrise and sunset - aligning our practice to the energies of sun and moon.
Tapas & Sadhana:
Tapas refers to the internal effort that burns away mental and physical roadblocks.
Sadhana is the commitment to a daily practice.
This is a 100% live accountability, online devotional intensive to realign your body, mind, and spirit with the cosmic clock.

Per the holistic system of Ayurveda, natures clock serves it purpose to harmonize energy between day and night. The solstice in an effective time to leverage the suns energy and natures guidance to bring more balance to our energy levels throughout the day, and receive a truly restorative rest at night.
Morning Surya Sadhana (6:00 AM – 6:40 AM)
Beat the morning sluggishness, activate your inner fire, and synchronize with the energy of rising sun. Through pranayama and dedicated Sun Salutations, we channel warmth to light our internal Agni (transformative inner fire), boost energy, digestion, and inner balance for the day.
Evening Chandra Sadhana (9:00 PM – 9:40 PM)
We gather shortly after sunset and the grounding Kapha window returns to earth. We will cool the mind and honor the moon through restorative postures and guided yoga nidra; ride the natural wave of evening relaxation and prepare the body for deep sleep before the midnight brain and restless Pitta activation.
